About Us
Herbert A. Cross opened the doors of Cross Oil Company in 1958 as a distributor of lubricant products from Shell Oil Company, and the business has been a continuous seller of full-line lubricants ever since. Now operated by sons Bob, Bruce and Bill Cross, Cross Oil celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2008.
Cross Oil's subsidiary company, Froesel Oil Company, is a distributor of petroleum products, including gasoline, diesel, jet and aviation fuels, and ethanol. Both companies share the same commitment to providing a high level of reliable service to their customers.
Our Office
Cross Oil Company's offices are located in downtown Wellston, Mo. Built in 1929, our building is a historical landmark.
